Becoming An Influencer In Living Out God's Love & Message

It’s easy to go to church, be a good person and believe someone else will do what God has called you to do. But Jesus has not called us to be basic. God gave us all gifts and talents. And like the story of the talents, those who don’t use it will have it taken away. We are all called to be ambassadors, and like the body of Christ, we operate best whenever everyone is in their bag, when everyone is using the sauce that God has provided.

From doctor, to pastor, to Tiktoker...whatever God has called you to - see that He have you skills and talents to encourage the Saints and introduce Him to the aints!

Presented by:
Jeremy Albrecht

Jeremy is a Child of God, Husband to Melissa, father to Jake, Lydia and Sophie and Alpha Pack leader to “Diesel”. Jeremy currently serves the Eastern Ontario & Nunavut District (of the PAOC) as the Leadership Health & Youth Director. He along with his family currently reside in Peterborough, ON where he enjoys boating, fishing, biking, home renos, hockey and any time spent with family. He is a committed Toronto Maple Leafs fan and his other passion is geeking out on bottled root beer with the hope of one day perfecting his own brew. After God, family, and living on mission, Jeremy is most passionate about helping leaders become the healthiest version of themselves.

How to Lead from a place of Health rather than Burnout

As Leaders we often find ourselves going at a ridiculous pace that may not be sustainable for the duration of the marathon that ministry is. After doing this we do run the risk of fatigue and eventual resignation from leading altogether. Knowing this, we must find our own pace that is directly aligned to the purpose God has on our lives. I have this core conviction that healthy leaders will produce healthy ministry and so I really want to dive deep into what healthy leading looks like and encompasses for leaders.
